I might have to say, carnations are some of the most perfect flowers to work with. They're inexpensive, last forever, have a romantic ruffle to them, and come in all the best colors. They even dry beautifully. And so, I've been working with them a lot.
I've known Britnee for a couple years now. Back when I lived in a tiny home situated behind a larger main house, she was one of the main house neighbors. She later ended up moving, but only across the street. Britnee has just started her very own quest on becoming a florist. She is so sweet and a hard worker, if you're looking for an assistant freelance florist on any weddings or events coming up, I highly recommend her.
You know the feeling of floating in space? Well, I don't since I've never been to space, but I've seen Gravity and can imagine. This was the first shoot I've had in my new studio. I'm digging my roots into there, which is a relief because I feel like I've been floating in space for the last year. And if you've ever seen Gravity, you know how frustrating zero gravity looks.
Cheers to photographing friends and more lady shoots in the R/A Studio.
